Overview
BetterReply helps businesses manage and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Profile. This policy explains how BetterReply collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the service.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. When you connect a Google Business Profile, we access the profile accounts and locations you choose, customer reviews, and the permissions needed to create or update review replies. We also store the organization, location, and reply settings you create in BetterReply.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, display and organize your Business Profile reviews, generate reply drafts, post replies when you instruct us to do so or enable Autopilot, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Google user data
BetterReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google access tokens are stored only to provide the connected Business Profile functionality. You can disconnect Google access from BetterReply or revoke BetterReply's access from your Google Account security settings.
Data sharing and retention
We share data only with service providers needed to operate BetterReply, including cloud hosting and AI processing providers, or when required by law. We retain account and service data while your account is active and delete it upon a valid account-deletion request, except where retention is required by law or needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of your data by contacting us.
