Service
BetterReply provides tools for businesses to manage Google Business Profile reviews and create AI-assisted reply drafts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account and Google connection
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may connect only Google Business Profiles you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for all replies posted through your account, including replies posted when Autopilot is enabled.
Acceptable use
You may not use BetterReply to violate law, infringe rights, publish deceptive or abusive content, interfere with the service, or violate Google Business Profile policies. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
AI-generated content
AI-generated replies may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every situation. Review drafts before posting unless you deliberately enable Autopilot. You are responsible for verifying that published content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.
