Service
BetterReplyy is a managed service where our team prepares and publishes review replies on your behalf for Google Business Profile locations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account and Google connection
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You authorize BetterReplyy staff to publish replies on your behalf via a connection you (or a designated manager) grant. You may connect only Google Business Profiles you are authorized to manage, and this authorization can be revoked from your Google Account settings at any time. You remain responsible for all replies published on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You may not use BetterReplyy to violate law, infringe rights, publish deceptive or abusive content, interfere with the service, or violate Google Business Profile policies. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Prepared replies and published content
Internal software, including AI drafting tools, may assist in organizing and preparing review replies, but a person on our team checks replies before publishing. Prepared responses are tailored based on the voice guide and guidelines agreed with you. You are responsible for verifying that your venue information is accurate, and you should notify us promptly if any published reply requires correction or update.
